Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you have been contacted directly by a member of Petronella staff.
We will do our best to accommodate your specific time, but you may be offered an alternative, subject to availability.
Table allocation is at the discretion of the host but guest’s preference will be accommodated where possible.
An additional charge of €5 per person will apply for main course shared plates.
Dinner menu only after 5pm. Minimum spend applies.
A minimum of two hours cancellation time is required. Tables of no-show guests will be reallocated within 10 minutes.
Customers are asked to contact the restaurant 24 hours prior to arrival to reconfirm their booking. Guests who feel they may be late must phone ahead in order to secure their booking.
For group bookings of 10 or more people, a non-refundable deposit of €10 per guest at time of booking is required. Deposit shall be deducted from final bill. Bills for parties of 10 or more people will not be split.
Petronella Restaurant does not accommodate hen or stag parties for group bookings. We do not provide high chair facilities, though customers are welcome to bring their own.
Online vouchers must be printed and presented prior to dining. Bookings made over the phone or online should indicate if preferring to pay or part-pay by voucher.
Our chefs design recipes for meals which are intended to work as a whole. Diners must hold themselves accountable when requesting alterations in cooking methods or ingredient substitution and especially if advised against by the chef or patron Petronella restaurant aims to ensure an enjoyable culinary experience for diners at all times. In the event of any dissatisfaction, the Patron must be notified immediately as it is not possible to rectify issues afterwards
